I have a deep appreciation for both detail and storyline in art, and admire when the surrealistic and realistic worlds join forces. My characters are often very surreal; however they maintain a certain bond necessary to life’s situations, making them easier to identify with. My main goal with illustration is to evoke a mood so the viewer can submerge one’s imagination deep into the storyline of the character and their environment.
